We are not just out to make money, your satisfaction is very important to us. We speak to suppliers and browse other Internet sites to make sure that we are offering you the most competitive prices possible. Our low prices do not mean that you are not getting first quality merchandise. Everything that we sell is brand new with all manufactures warranties, unless you buy a used machine from us. All of the machines listed on this site are new, not refurbished.|

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for almost all of our orders. Shipping charges will show on your order BEFORE you finalize your order for most items for all orders within the Continental US. If you are shipping items to Hawaii or Alaska, we will contact you with shipping charges.
For most sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, and knitting machines, shipping is approximately $15-$25 for UPS Ground (4-7 Business Days).Embroidery cards and sewing accessories weighing less than 2 lbs are approximately $7.95 for UPS Ground.Heavier merchandise such as sewing cabinets, tables, industrial table stands and machines, etc. are shipped by truck freight (Roadway) and vary in costs from $80 and up. Roadway charges a $50 fee to ship to a residential address. Cabinets take about three weeks to get to your door.
We can ship overnight or three day mail if we have the item in stock. Any additional costs to ship merchandise faster would be the responsibility of the customer.
Some items are shipped to you directly from the Manufacturer (such as Koala Cabinets). These items may have their own shipping rates and may take slightly longer to get to you.

All orders are encrypted with SSL protection for a safe shopping experience. You can always order by phone or fax if you like.
We are sorry, but we do not issue cash refunds, only store credits that can be used to purchase anything from our store.
All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved. If you would like to return something, please call us at 1-800-487-7397 to arrange a return authorization number.Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Unopened merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit less all shipping costs for any other product we sell without a restocking fee.
Opened merchandise may be returned for a store credit less a 25% restocking fee if merchandise is returned double boxed in its original factory carton (undamaged unit, Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories). You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return.
We cannot take any returns on opened software or embroidery cards unless the item is defective, in which case it will be replaced with an identical item.
We will replace any unit under warranty that the manufacturer determines to be defective in material and workmanship that cannot be repaired within 30 days of purchase. We have to SEE the unit first to determine if the problem you are having is covered by warranty.
If you refuse a shipment that was not canceled according to the Cancellation Policy, you will be charged for shipping of the product both ways. A store credit will be issued for the difference.
Our website is NOT updated in real time. We do our best to insure that items we have on the site are in stock; however, this is not always possible. Due to the fact that our markup is less than ten percent on items, if a manufacturer raises their price to us, we may not be able to honor the price on the website, though, in all cases we will do our best to do so. Prices are subject to change and we are not responsible for typographical errors. If there is a price difference, we will contact you with that information before any charges are made to your credit card.
|Cabinet and Large Item Shipping (freight line delivery)|
|1. Sewing cabinets and industrial sewing machines ship via truck line, and not UPS or FED-EX. Because of this, someone needs to be at home to receive and sign for the product when delivery takes place. Most truck lines will call you to arrange delivery.|
|2. Provide as many phone numbers as possible to ensure that the shipping company can contact you and let you know when your order will be delivered.|
|3. The delivery driver is not responsible for bringing the product inside your home, up or down any stairs, or into any particular room. Their responsibility is to deliver the product to the delivery address and unload it from their trailer. The driver's responsibility does vary slightly from state to state, but this is a good guideline to remember. Most of the time the driver will help you get it through the first door, or into a garage, but it is always better to have someone with you to help unload your delivery.|
|4. Always inspect your shipment BEFORE signing for it. It is best to completely remove your shipment from its containers regardless of the condition of the box, inspect it thoroughly, assemble the product (if possible), and if it is damaged make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, or repackage and decline delivery. When you sign the delivery receipt, it is a legal contract that states that you accepted the product in that condition. If opening or assembling is not possible at the time delivery is received, it is best to indicate "possible concealed damage" regardless of the condition of the box(es). This is very important because once you have signed for your shipment it is your responsibility if it is damaged.|
|5. Save your box and all packaging materials until you are satisfied that your product and all accessories are satisfactory (A good practice is to compact the boxes and give them a space in your basement or attic). Attempting a return to the manufacturer for repair/replacement is nearly impossible without the proper boxes!|
|6. Inserts for sewing cabinets are usually shipped out via UPS or Fed-Ex, and customarily do not arrive at the same time as your cabinet. Delivery on inserts can take up to a few additional weeks to provide for the time it takes to create your insert.|
|7. Replacement of damaged product will occur when funds are received from the shipping company after the claim has been filed. Normal claim time is 4 to 6 weeks.|
|It is impossible for us to list every part and item that we have for sale on this website. We have many more items for sale and are happy to special order anything that you may need. Please feel free to email us, or give us a call.|
|We strive to give you the very best possible prices on everything that we sell. If you find an identical item that is in stock at another store with a lower price, well do our best to match the price. Price matches are valid only BEFORE you place your order, we cannot change prices after the order is placed. When comparing prices, the final total price including shipping, taxes and any other fees is taken into consideration.|
