  Allows you to sew a hem from the right side while making sure the hem is caught correctly on the wrong side. Simply fold the hem as usual then place the raw edge of the hem in the hem guide that comes with the attachment. Then turn to the right side and sew your hem, knowing that the underside is being caught and overcast at the same time.
