Returns & Information
For unopened merchandise, we offer an exchange or refund. This means that the product is in its original packaging and has not been removed from the box.
For opened merchandise, we can offer a refund. Merchandise must still be returned in original factory boxes or packaging. It also must include all the parts, instructions, packaging materials and warranty information.
We will cover shipping costs if the product is defective or if there is a problem and you allow us to repair or replace it. If you choose not to repair the problem or replace the item, we may not cover shipping on the return.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the machine is missing accessories or parts.
If we suggest a part or item that does not fit your machine, we will cover shipping for the return.
Items that cannot be returned include the following:
- Opened software and sewing/embroidery designs
- Cabinets, tables, cabinet inserts, quilting table accessories and extensions
- Assembled Quilting Frames
- Extension Tables
- Industrial Machines
- Melco Machines
- Freight Intensive Items
- Items without original packaging
We will cover shipping returns when a product is defective.
