Removal matters: Barely Blue does not iron off. Wash marks out; brushing may remove them on some fabrics. Test marking and complete removal on a scrap of your project fabric before use.
Plan Your Quilting Design
Choose a stencil suited to your quilt block or border, position it on the fabric and use the filled pad to transfer the design following the package instructions. Keep the stencil steady for a clear outline. Stencils are sold separately.
The manufacturer formulates Barely Blue to stay on the fabric during sewing. Check that your project can be washed before choosing this chalk. For the most reliable results, follow the package directions and confirm removal before applying heat.
